Virgin -- Snow

Virgin snow from Norway -- and I'm a Virgin boy on my 5th wedding Anniversary?
We've gone to Virgin Media, at the moment, my speed download has increased from 1/2 meg to 33meg, but the phone isnt working - ring out, but cant ring in??.
